Who we are

UX Report (“we”, “us”) provides software that helps teams improve how websites are understood by people and AI systems. This policy explains what information we process when you visit ux.report or use the product at app.ux.report.

Information we collect

• Account data — email and profile details from our authentication provider (Clerk) when you sign up or sign in.
• Billing data — plan and payment status handled by Clerk Billing / payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Product data — project URLs, page scans, monitoring prompts/results, experiment configuration, and related analytics events needed to run the service.
• Communications — transactional emails (e.g. welcome, monitoring alerts, experiment decisions) and messages you send to hello@ux.report.
• Technical logs — standard server and security logs (IP, timestamps, error diagnostics) to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve UX Report features
• Authenticate users and enforce plan entitlements
• Send product notifications you enable or that are required for the service
• Respond to support and partnership requests
• Detect abuse, debug issues, and secure the platform

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your scanned page content to train public foundation models for unrelated third parties.

Processors we rely on

We use infrastructure and AI providers to run the product, including hosting, database, authentication/billing, email delivery, and model APIs used for audits and monitoring. These processors only receive what is needed to perform their role.

Retention

We keep account and product data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, billing disputes, and legal obligations. You can request deletion by emailing hello@ux.report.

Your choices

• Access or update account details via your profile settings
• Request export or deletion of account data by contacting us
• Stop using the service and cancel paid plans through billing

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
