Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed through our billing provider. Fees are stated on the pricing page. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period starts. You can cancel to stop renewal; access continues until the period ends unless we state otherwise.
Intellectual property
UX Report and its software, branding, and documentation remain our property. You keep ownership of your site content and project data. We get a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” Audits, AI visibility results, and experiment recommendations are decision-support tools — not guarantees of traffic, rankings, conversions, or legal compliance. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, UX Report is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the platform or other users.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date means you accept the revised Terms.
